Enterprise Day

At Bebington High Sports College we try to develop enterprise opportunities through our exciting, engaging challenges.

During enterprise day, students learn to consider the social and environmental as well as the commercial effects of their actions.

Student realised that you can be entrepreneurial and ambitious, whilst at the same time making a difference to the world around you, whether it is by reducing costs, time or resources.

Every day you can be enterprising without knowing it, problem solving, discussion and research all figure in enterprise and the students at Bebington High Sports College certainly have the ability.

This year at Bebington High Sport College the students aim was to produce their own ‘Airline’. Students had to work within a team to name the company, create the tail fin colours of the aircraft, style their flight attendants uniform, create a logo and catchphrase, and produce details of what can be purchased onboard the flight, which flight paths the airline takes and why they travel to particular countries.

In the challenges students had to make key decisions throughout the day, working as a team in order to complete the tasks in the required time. Students engaged in collaborative work and developed their own skills through team work, communication & planning. Whilst their creativity and organisational skills were all tested in the fun, engaging challenges that they were given.
