GCSE Results 2010

Well done to all our students.

For the sixth year in succession the students at Bebington High Sports College have gained record results and vastly exceeded the targets set by the Department for Education.

We would like to congratulate our students as they once again produced an excellent, and best ever, set of results. 80% of our students gained 5 top grades at GCSE and over 60% gained grade C and above in English and Mathematics, the highest in the school's history and demonstrated the constantly improving quality we are delivering across our curriculum. We are absolutely delighted that these grades will enable our students to access further studies at Sixth Form.

these results represent over 27% rise in two years. Add to this the Ofsted April 2010 judgement that our ‘safeguarding’ and ‘pastoral care’ was graded ‘OUTSTANDING’.

Bebington High Sports College is an excellent school where the students are well cared for and achieve their potential.

Once again we had excellent scores in all our courses and particularly in English Literature and English Language, Mathematics, R.E, Health & Social Care and Sport. All our students have worked hard for their fabulous grades. We would like particularly to congratulate Roxanne Green who gained 4A*, 3A & 5B’s, Kate Thompson who gained 3A*, 6A & 4B and Krystina Shaw who gained 3A*, 3A & 8B. Well done to you all and good luck for the future.
