Bebington High gets Sporty

Bebington High Sport College are having a non-uniform for staff and students for sports Relief day on Friday 14 March with the theme of sport.  All students can wear something ‘Sporty’ which could be a football top, rugby jersey, dance leotard or something as simple as a sweat-band.  All students wearing non-uniform must bring a pound to give to form tutors, with all monies going to Sports Relief.

In addition all Year 7 students will take part in a ‘mini-marathon’.  Each form group will cover a distance of 26 miles during their PE lessons and will be encouraged to collect sponsorship.  The form group who collects the most money will gain fifty credits each.  The individual who raises the most money will receive five hundred credits. The school runs a credit and debit system and credits can be collected and exchanged for a range of things but most popular by far, is an early school day finish! (with the agreement of parents/carers)

At lunchtime there will be a staff verses students’ basketball game with participants donating £2 each to Sport Relief and any Students wishing to spectate will also pay 30 pence each with monies again going to Sport Relief.
