Star of the Future

Bebington High Sports College believe one of their Year 7 Students, Lauren Brett may well be a star of the future.

Eleven year old Lauren has represented Bebington at three races in the Merseyside cross-country league over the last four months and has finished third overall.

Lauren who is starting to make a big impact with her talent is regularly coached each Friday at Bebington High Sports College but also attends sessions at Wirral Athletics Club were she is being coached by Graham Patterson.

From finishing 3rd, Lauren was asked to represent Merseyside and has recently taken part and won the first of three races in the Wirral schools cross country short course league at Arrowe Park. As a committed athlete, Lauren Brett is striving to improve even more and is certainly a name to look out for in the future.
