Home Office Award for Committed Student

The Home Office visited Bebington High Sports College to congratulate and present one of their students with a certificate plus an award for their hard work and dedication.

Chris Traynor a Year 11 student at the school had completed his work experience in October as an Immigration Assistant, based at the Cunard Building in Liverpool, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Chris showed commitment to each of the tasks he was given and because of this the school received a lovely letter from the Home Office praising the dedicated student and explaining...

“His attitude of friendliness and his willingness to undertake any task showed maturity far beyond what we would have expected and his work was excellent, he is a credit to his family and represented his school to a very high standard and would hope he would consider the Home Office as a worthwhile future career”.

As an acknowledgement of the effort he put in, the Home Office recently presented Chris with an award during a Year 11 assembly at the school and have agreed to take two more work experience students from Bebington High Sports College because of this.
